| Room was lovely, but only because we upgraded (£30 extra per night) from the standard room - which when we saw it was very small, a bit shabby and had lots of towels balanced on the window ledge as if to catch water or something. Wierd. Otherwise stay was lovely, staff extremely polite, very nice designed features, bar very nice, massive room service breakfast brilliant! Just make sure you upgrade once you arrive! | |

| Good points - excellent location; reasonable sized rooms for London; good quality fixtures & fittings; quiet; modern design. Could do better - ignored my husband while he waited 2 hours for me (wouldn't let him check in as booking in my name and didn't even offer him a drink!); wouldn't serve us a cocktail at the bar despite arriving 10 minutes before it closed; no tea/coffee making facilities in room |

| Stayed here on business recently. Was extremely impressed...very fashionable yet comfortable in arguably one of the best locations in London. Staff was very helpful and the bar is a true destination venue. Will definitely return! | |
