| Nice staff in a good location. Bedroom was OK but the bathroom was lovely! I would stay again. Didn't get complimentary wine in the bedroom though... | |

| Poor Value for money. The public facing area's of the hotel were nice but the room we stayed in was tiny. | |

| Great location just 10 mins walk from Oxford Street + Selfridges. Plus room was a good size with a great shower + bed. Nice continental breakfasts too. Not sure on see-through bathroom door perhaps not to everyone's taste! Overall a top hotel. Bravo. |

| Not great. Rooms quite small. We had breakfast at 9.50, there were only 2 other people in the restaurant, but for some reason we were given no choice as to where to sit. The situation became clearer as 4 members of staff began to set the remaining tables for lunch. Very efficient I am sure! Also, the staff were pleasant but plastic (no personality). | |

| Fab! It was lovely to stay in a hotel that had a cosy and personal feel, unlike the large hotel chains. We got upgraded on arrival too which was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to go back soon. |

| was really perfect! we were upgraded from a double to a studio, which was really cosy but also modern. we like to solve the riddels that were on the pillow every night ... breakfast fruits were wonderful fresh and the personel very friendly. thanks i'll book again in two weeks. |

| We were upgraded to an executive suite free of charge and for no apparent reason. How fantastic! It was beautifully decorated and had a very relaxed feel. We would come here again and recommend to friends. The staff were excellent and I was most impressed to see Molton Brown in the exquisite bathroom :-) | |

| We stayed in a double room. Food excellent, staff superb. Nothing too much trouble for them. Have read comments above. We had constant hot water, no problems at restaurant and will definately stay again. | |

| A nightmare!!! Nothing works in that place - no hot water, got stuck in the elevator, waited 10 minutes for a print out of the bill - the staff is smiley, but useless!! whoever is looking to book: go camping!!! |

| Gorgeous Hotel - beds were divine & staff lovely! Only problem was not very warm water the following morning for my shower, I suggest getting up a bit earlier than I did! | |

| stayed one night in a double room... nifty room design, decent location, breakfast included was also good... although, even at the discounted rates, i can't say that i would look to stay here in the future... have found better deals elsewhere, and in better locations (for me)... but was worth a try for a nite |

| Wonderful! we were double booked at the Shaw Park Plaza, as a result we were sent to the Sherlock Holmes and we were well looked after! the staff were very attentive and the rooms were excellent, we were very pleased to b double booked that night! would recomend this hotel to anyone! | |

| I stayed here at the hotel visiting from the us.I thought it was really nice there, and I had a huge crush on one of the bell boys.Nice skin he had =]..the only reason I didnt like it was because I got stuck in the elevator. | |
